XSD series wheel sand washer is a kind of wheel bucket type sand washer which is used with the sand making machine. It is an important plant to complete the mechanism sand and natural sand washing operation. It can wash away the trace stone powder and impurities in the mixed sand produced by the sand making mechanism to improve the quality of sand.

This series of sand washing machines are mainly used for the sand washing, grading and dewatering for construction sites, sand and gravel plants, concrete prefabrication plants for hydropower stations and so on.

Working principle

When the impeller sand washer works, the motor drives the impeller to turn slowly after the triangle belt, reducer and gear are decelerated. The sand and gravel are fed into the tank and rolled under the impeller, grinding each other to remove the impurities covering the surface of the sand and gravel and destroy the water vapor layer covering the sand grain at the same time, in order to facilitate dehydration. Add water to form a strong flow of water to take away impurities and foreign bodies with a small specific gravity in time, and discharge from the overflow outlet to complete the cleaning effect. Then clean sand is taken away by the blades, and then the sand is poured into the discharge chute from the rotating impeller to complete the sand cleaning operation.
