The trommel type sand washer produced by LZZG is a new multi-function sand washing plant according to the actual needs of customers.This equipment combines the drum screen, sand washer, cyclone and dewatering sieve into one, making one equipment have the functions of sieve, water washing, dehydration and recovery at the same time.
It is generally used in mining, aggregate processing, river dredging treatment, silica sand production and processing and other industries.
The trommel type sand washer is mainly composed of roller sand washing machine, grinding wheel washing, water storage tank, pumping tank, backwater device, separation and recovery device, dehydration device, reducer, water pump and motor.
The treated materials enter the drum washer, which is divided into two different particle materials. The qualified materials are directly transported by the conveyor belt. The materials under the sieving enter the storage tank in the middle section. After being cleaned and sifted by the grinding wheel, the qualified materials enter the rear dehydration unit for dehydration treatment.
The overflow wastewater in the storage tank (including a small number of qualified materials, wastewater and impurities not picked up by the sand washing wheel) enters the rear of the pumping tank and is pumped into the separation and recovery unit by the high-pressure water pump. After being centrifuged and concentrated, the qualified materials are sent to the dehydration unit for dehydration treatment. Wastewater and impurities are discharged into the return tank through the separation and recovery unit.
The trommel type sand washer adopts the roller trommel type sand washer and the wheel sand washing machine to cooperate with the vibrating screen to form the overall structure. The combination of multi-stage screening and cleaning is easy to produce and process, with a short production cycle, small floor area and large processing capacity, which can carry out the screening and clean better.
