Working principle

The materials enter the front double screw sand washing device for graded cleaning, the qualified materials enter the tailings dry drain device at the rear of the machine for dewatering. The remaining wastewater (including some qualified materials) in the screw sand washing device enters the rear end storage tank through the overflow device and then is driven into the separation and recovery device by the water pump. After the classification concentration under the action of centrifugal force, the qualified materials enter the tailings dry discharge unit for dehydration, and the remaining wastewater enters the backwater unit for discharge.
