For sand with high mud content, the cleaning effect is often not ideal. Therefore, on the basis of the traditional wheel sand washer, LDHB developed a compact wash plant. Which is a kind of multi-function sand washing plant, that suitable for sand cleaning and recovery operations with high mud content or stickier soil quality.

Working principle

After the sand and gravel materials are graded and filtered by the screening equipment, the qualified products flow into the spiral stirrer through the flow tank pipe, they are fully cleaned, soaked and broken.Then tailings water is discharged into the first stage of the separation unit for concentration and classification, meanwhile, tailings and coarse ore enter the water truck for cleaning and dehydration. Then tailings water is discharged into the second stage of the separation unit for concentration and classification, tailings and coarse ore are discharged into the dehydration and desilting unit again at the same time.Finished sand is fully dewatered and drained by high-frequency vibration motor.

Features

1. Spiral washing method is adopted to remove the sticky soil and impurities covering the surface of sand and gravel, destroy the water vapor layer covering sand grains, and wash away most of the mud to get obvious cleaning effect.
2. Wheel sand washing method is adopted. In the process of impeller rotation, the screen of wheel washing is used to remove most sewage and reduce the moisture content of sand, so as to achieve the cleaning effect.
3. The sand with low mud and water rate goes into the dehydration sieve for dehydration, which further reduces the moisture content and mud content of the finished sand.
4. Recycle the waste water generated from the first two cleaning processes to improve the utilization rate of resources.
