Work Flow Of Sand Washing Machine

Sand washing machine is mainly used for the removal of sand products. Due to the wide application of water washing, it has become a sand washing machine, which is widely used in sand quarry, mine, building materials, transportation, chemical industry, water conservancy and hydropower, concrete mixing station and other industries. Because of its different appearance and principle, it is also called screw sand washer, drum sand washer, water wheel sand washer, etc.

Work flow of sand washer:

When the sand washer is powered on to start the motor, the motor drives the impeller to rotate slowly through V-belt, reducer and gear reducer, and the sand is transported to the washing tank of the sand washer through the conveyor. During the rotation of the impeller, the sand particles are continuously stirred to grind each other to remove impurities on the surface of the sand particles and destroy the water vapor layer on the sand particles. Then the sand is taken away by the impeller. In this process, the sand will be dehydrated smoothly. Impurities and foreign matters with small specific gravity will stay in the water and go with the water flow.

The sand cleaning is poured into the discharge chute with the rotation of the impeller, and then sent to the finished product stack for storage. If the feeding speed of the sand washer is too fast, it may cause blockage because the load is too large. You can observe the pointer of the ammeter. If the pointer of the ammeter is too large, it means that there is too much feed, indicating that the motor is overloaded. Overload for a long time will not only cause blockage, but also burn the machine.
