Ld series sand recycling machine launched by LDHB is a combination of motor, vacuum high pressure pump, sand separator, TS dewatering screen, cleaning tank and return box, which is specially designed to recover and dehydrate fine sand in sand washing waste water produced by wheel and bucket sand washing machine or spiral sand washing machine.
Recycled materials can be transported and stacked for a variety of industries, including coal, sand, iron ore recovery, etc.
Sand washing waste water and fine sand recycling machine cleaning tank is linked together, and then through the slurry pump sand and water mixture will be sent to the high pressure separator, with a high speed centrifugal force and rated filling pressure, cyclone separates the sand in the pulp,after grading and enrichment, the concentration of fine sand goes up to 60-70%, then it will be sent to the dehydrating screen through grit mouth. Under the action of vibration sieve machine, effective separate the fine sand and water.
The treated fine sand is discharged through the outlet, while a small amount of fine sand and mud is returned to the cleaning tank through the return box, and the cycle is repeated, so as to realize the purpose of recovering, dewatering and drying the fine sand in the sand washing wastewater.The concentration of recovered material in LZ fine sand recycling machine is 70%-85%.Adjusting the fineness modulus can be achieved by changing the pump speed, changing the mortar concentration, adjusting the amount of overflow and replacing the mortar nozzle.
1. The equipment is equipped with efficient hydraulic separator, and high quality polyamine enzyme material is selected, with good wear resistance and high separation accuracy.
2. Hydraulic separator feeding pump is configured as a horizontal centrifugal pump. All overcurrent parts inside the pump are made of high-chromium alloy material to extend the service life of the parts.
3. The vibration damping element of the equipment is high quality rubber spring, with good elasticity and not easy aging.
4. The equipment is equipped with return water tank, return water control valve, water tank cleaning port, etc. The overall structure covers less area, can adapt to different site requirements.
