GP series tailings dewatering screen is mainly composed of screen box, supporting device, electric frame, vibrator, universal transmission shaft, belt coupling, motor and other components.

1. High working frequency, high vibration intensity, high solid recovery rate can be obtained when used for tailings dehydration.
2. Adopting the principle of self-synchronization, the motor drives the vibrator through the tire coupling, with simple structure and low working noise.
3. The side plate is connected with the beam with torsional shear high-strength bolts, and there is no welding seam, so as to avoid the side plate cracking caused by welding stress.
4. The screen surface adopts polyurethane elastic screen with high porosity and elasticity, which is conducive to dewatering.
