LDHB mining equipment manufacturers launched the sixth generation of fine sand recovery machine, is a new improvement on the basis of the original fine sand recovery machine.
Compared with the fine sand recovery machine, the sieve machine is larger and more suitable for the material with large water volume. Meanwhile, on the basis of the dewatering sieve, the equipment increases the function of material recovery, which integrates material recovery and dehydration into one, and achieves the multi-purpose effect of one machine.
The plant is mainly used in sand washing production lines, construction sites, environmental protection projects such as sludge drying, sewage recycling and so on.
Fines recovery units is divided into dewatering and recovery systems. The dewatering part includes dewatering screen and vibration motor, while the recovery part includes vacuum high pressure pump, motor, high pressure separator, return water tank, cleaning box, etc.
The coarse sand extracted by the sand washer goes directly into the screen surface of the dehydrated fine sand recovery machine. Driven by the screen machine and vibration motor, and combined with the negative inclination climbing structure designed by the screen machine, the material vibrates frequently on the screen surface to form a filter layer and dewater to realize the dehydration function of the coarse sand.
The overflow of sand washing wastewater enters into the cleaning tank, and is concentrated in the cyclone to separate the fine sand and water.The fine sand which is up to 60-70% concentration through grit mouth enters into the surface of vibrating dewatering screen, under the high frequency vibration of the motor drive to realize fine sand dehydrated recycling.And other impurities are discharged through the return water tank.
Dehydration type fine sand recycling machine has the dehydration and recovery of two kinds of effect, the fine sand recovery rate can reach to 95% – 98%.Compared with normal fine sand recovery machine, it has low consumption, long service life and is easy to install,etc.
