Cyclone separator is suitable for concentration and classification, Desanding, desliming, dehydration, separation and separation in the process of mineral processing and coal preparation. As a common separation and classification equipment, the working principle of hydrocyclone is centrifugal sedimentation. The structure and process operation of cyclone separator for water and sand are mutually restricted with the feeding property. When the mixture to be separated enters the hydrocyclone tangentially from the periphery of the hydrocyclone at a certain pressure, a strong three-dimensional elliptical strong rotational shear turbulent motion is generated. Due to the size difference between the coarse particles and the fine particles, the centrifugal force, centripetal buoyancy and fluid drag are different. Under the effect of centrifugal sedimentation, most of the coarse particles are discharged through the underflow port of the cyclone, while most of the fine particles are discharged through the overflow pipe, so as to achieve the purpose of separation and classification.
