Working principle

YD series removable sand washer is mainly composed of mobile trailer chassis, screening device, washing device, dehydration recovery device, pump and motor components, conveyor belt, electric control and hydraulic system, etc.
Material or natural sand or artificial sand through the belt conveyor is fed to screening plant.Oversize material as a finished product is sent to yard by belt conveyor, and the material under the sieve is sent to washing sand machine through chute.Fully immerse in the sand washing apparatus for mixing, cleaning, the cleaned material is dewatered and recovered when it is delivered to the front-end dewatering equipment to produce qualified finished sand.
